I live in Massachusetts where I bought a Chihuahua from a pet store exactly a year ago. I know going to the pet store was not the smartest idea but never the less I adore my dog. Recently she developed cataracts. I was wondering what the laws were on breeding a dog with this disease. My vet already told me that it is hereditary and I can not imagine that this is lawful. Can anyone help?
