I need to be able to find which age range a person falls into for scoring motor speed.  There are 6 possible age ranges (17-24, 25-35, 36-45 etc) and there are different means and standard deviations for each age range.  So I need an If 17<=age<=24, then actual score-appropriate mean /appropriate sd else try next age range.  I could write it in basic or SAS but Excel doesn't seem to get #<=X<=##.  Anyone know how to make it understand?
