Is it is better not to shower or steam for at least 1 hour after workout in order to increase benefits, or does showering and steaming after workout have no effect at all on muscle gain?

I have no idea, but you should try asking a person in that type of field.  Where are you coming from with this?  I can't see a shower or steam reducing muscle gain after a workout.  If you're worried about calorie loss, just eat another can of tuna fish!  Try asking these guys http://www.divapor.com, maybe they can point you in the right direction.
