First of all please get the correct spellings of Sociology. It is mispelled.I think in Pakistani culture marraiges are more of a parental responsibility than of the young individuals who intend to marry. Since most of the married couples live with their parents in Pakistan the marriages is not a bond between two people but it is with the whole family on a day to day basis. Other family memembers are involved in the affairs of the couple this makes the relationship between the married copule lot less private.If we observe the Pakistani society we will see that there are different level of social classes, and marriages are different in those classes. The biggest segment of population belongs to the middle class. The poor masses belong to the lower class and their problems are quite different than the middle class and so their culture has its own challeges and demands.The religion plays a major role in the lives of Pakistani people.

marriage is made in heavens. I believe we should marry to those girl which we like and like by our parents then it will be good other wise problem arise. our families are emotionally and eating personality development it means eating, sleeping, roaming in our culture we are rich we should not think like that. we should work hard for the development and pray to allah five times a day then only we are good people

aoa.1st of all i would to tell u something that marriage relation depend on the faith n truth.who believe on these curcomstaces Insha Allah God will help of those people. n also all relation of life depend on these fects.be straight farward n tell this all of the other persons.this path of life can be hard but this is also right path of life. in islam, especially in pakistan parents have the right to decide who you marry- its their priciples and they follow the koran. purpose might be to marry into the family to expand it-women stay at home and do all the house work+look after children. Women especially have arranged marriages- never get to see their future husbands. they can marry from the age of 12.I am living in the uk, but i had a cousin living in pakistan the same age as me who had an arranged marriage a year ago and had a baby within that year.

marriages are made in heaven.but if our parents choose any one then there choose is good but some times there choose is not right for us but we aspect there decision but we should have mutual-understanding with over parents to tell them that we like some one .then leave them upon them and there decision is final and cut beaus we obey over parents

Dear Vicky the only person that can help answer this question will be a person from the same region From Pakistan. Knowing that culture is different over there i believe that every thing must be hard even for marriage. Also marriage must be arranged between families.

Pakistan is purely Islamic state but unfortunately there is no Islam has been implemented yet. However, there is a strong family system in pakistan. so the marriages system in pakistan is based on islamic rules. Most of the marriages are arranged by the parents love marriages are also be made but ratio is very low. in my point of view we should marry with the consultant of our parents and our elders. it is best in our society otherwise the marriages fall in disputes and end with a regretful manner.

we believe that marriage is made in heaven but it is true. god will decide with whom we should marry. marriage is not a fun thing for that good meaning ,good respect is there. we have decide be happy with whom we are marrying . I don't know about Pakistan culture i heard about them that they can marry seven times. it is not fair even it is not game. marriage is done by god . we have to give respect for that .
