why do some religions allow euthanasia but not suicide??

because euthanasia is where you end suffering if you have a disease, usually you are going to die anyway so ending your suffering is not considered wrong.

because ưn some cases it is useful for some patients who need the other patient's body part

I think they allow it because they might think is a matter of conscience or they probably think is nothing wrong.If life is beautiful and sacred and shouldn't be taken away by euthanasia then isn't making someone suffering making that concept a mocary?I don't see nothing beautiful about having to live in pain.The purpose of life is to live it in joy with people you love BUT its hard to do that when your chain to your bed whats the difference between living in pain or getting depressed  everyday or death.So do really think GOD wants us to suffer or just give us death so we can be happier?
