HI MY NAME IS CHARLENE HUGHETT AND I HAVE HAD BERGER'S DISEASE FOR 24 YEARS.  MY DOCTOR TOLD ME 4 YEARS AGO I HAD KIDNEY FAILURE, MY KIDNEYS WERE AT 27%.  MY SON TOLD ME TO NOT EAT ANY RED MEAT, DRINK PLENTY OF DISTILLED WATER, NO CARBONATED DRINK. I CHOSE TO DO THIS INSTEAD OF TAKING A PILL THAT WAS GOING TO GIVE ME 10 TO 15 OTHER PROBLEMS. WATCH YOUR SODIUM INTAKE.  MY KIDNEYS ARE NOW UP TO 44%. IT TOOK ME 4 YEARS TO GET BACK UP TO 44%. NEVER GIVE UP.  THANKS FOR VIEWING.
