I was told by someone that to get the small teacup chihuahuas that you should breed the female back to her father or grandfather. Is this true? Isn't this inbreeding?

this is inbreeding and should not be done. you could end up with very sick and/or deformed pups, and they could even be bigger then normal.

Sadly, this is how a lot of breeders do breed to get the small chi babies so they can ask more money for them. I am a breeder and do not believe in inbreeding my dogs. No matter what a breeder may tell you, this will not produce healthy pups.

Is it bad to breed a 1 or 2 lb chihuahua female with a 1 or 2 lb chihuahua male?
