Keep pushing that iron.  The changes come first from the inside, you ARE growing and soon will see the difference on the outside.  Also, most monster bodybuilders will tell you, that if you want to grow big, eat, eat, and eat some more.  Lean protein, eggs, cheese, milk...eat healthy, but eat lots.

First thing is you need to have a high eating but well maintained diet. You should be eating 6 meals a day and be sure they are high in protein and carbs. This will make you gain weight but not fat.

i started at the dawn of 13 and people think im on steroids. so listen up workout twice a day if possible one day do all of arms, shoulders and traps, calves, and upper and lower back other day do chest latts qauds and leg biceps. just split it into two workouts or do it together. WORKS GREAT! p.s. take nos and creatine (very safe)

Its hard to build muscle, make sure you have the right amount of protein a day, take Whey Protein, you'll be the next Arnold in no time, i'mlike you, well actually 15, 210 pounds, and i'mall muscle. Spread your workout, on seperate days, like legs one day, arms the next, then chest. Doing the same workout everyday gives no time for your muscles to build. drink plenty of water and stay rehydrated, always. Good Luck, trust me, I gurantee that your body size will increase.
P.S. Make sure you never get off task, missing even a day or two will ruin ur muscle capacity.

you have to simply eat post(after) workout meals and get a lot of rest.  3 days in the gym a week is plenty ESPECIALLY if you don't split your workouts(mon.-arms wed-legs fri.-abs). I recommend one or two servings of whey protein and maybe a protein bar with a moderate amount of carbs.  Eat on your days off, don't skip ANY meals. And lastly, eat
6-8 smaller meals a day.

IM 14 too, but im not as big as you(5'8 155lbs). What you want to do is workout at an irregular rate. Dont keep going at the same pace, the more you suprise your body with a change, the more you grow.  I started this last year when i was just 5'8 115 lbs.

GOTO YOUR GYM AND SEEK ADVICE AND SUPERVISION ABOUT CHANGING YOUR PROGRAMME, MAYBE YOUR NOT PUSHING YOUR LIMITS IN THE RIGHT WAY.YOU SHOULD BE READY TO STEP IT UP NOW ANYWAY, AND THE MAIN THING IS IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU'VE MANAGED AN IMPROVEMENT SO THE REST WILL COME IN TIME. YOU DO THE RIGHT THINGS, THE RIGHT RESULTS WILL APPEAR.

Awful advice above.
Man... it's all really complicated... in my opinion join a forum(muscletalk.co.uk or bodybuilding.com or other...) there are professional bodybuilder/strongmen/personal trainers there who would gladly assist you and give you tips and you can ask any question you like.
