By the final episode of  M*A*S*H only two characters from the pilot episode remained. Who were these characters?

Hawkeye and Hot Lips.

You mean 2 actors:  Alan Alda and Loretta Swit.

There were 3 characters in the final episode that were in the pilot.  Father Mulcahy was also in both episodes, but played by different actors.

Finally only Alan Alda was in all 251 episodes of M*A*S*H.
