i am trying to create a time sheet. eg 8.00am to 5.00pm is 9...

i am trying to create a time sheet.
eg 8.00am to 5.00pm is 9 hours i cant seem to set this up in excel

Hello,

All you have to do is subtract the 5:00 pm by 8:00 am and format the cell to just show the 9:00 (No am or pm).

Hope fully thats what you wanted to do...
