My "01" Tundra With the 4.7 liter is stalling when I come to...

My "01" Tundra With the 4.7 liter is stalling when I come to a stop. I've been told it was the "idle control mechanisum" does anyone know what and where this is and can I change it myself?

I had the same problem, when I took it in I had two problems.....the oxygen sensor was shot and I had a cracked coil boot.  Both were fixed but I think it was the sensor that was stalling it out at stoplights.
