I am 14 years old, about 150 lbs 5"10', and I would like to know how I should do my upper body exercises (reps and how often) because what I have been doing isn't working

You need to do somewhere between 4-6 reps and about 3 sets per muscle group.  Work-out about every other day.

Split your body parts up and do my program of 3 sets of 10-8-6 reps and increase the amount of weight evrytime you lower reps (Ex. 10 reps:50lb, 8 reps:60lb, 6 reps:70lb)

bout 6-8 reps needed on about 80% of Ur maximum weight capability for increasing power on a 6 week training program,bout 8-12 reps 50-60% maximum weight to increase tone,look and build

I generally do 3 sets of 10 reps each, taking about 45 seconds to a minute of rest in between. It's been working well for me.

dont'tlisten to these jack-offs.  a girl your size (which is not very big) should stick to sets of 12 reps.  you will not gain weight or look like the "Hulk".  I am doing you a favour.  Probably the only personal trainer that has entered this lame ass site.

I am 150 and I can bench 195 at 8 reps.
