I have 7 golden retriver pups, their nails are growing rapidly-they are 19 days old.
What is the safest way to clip their nails ?

Cutting dog nails can hurt them and even make them bleed if not done properly. I suggest you get a profesinal to do it or at least show you how.

I am looking for a golden puppy. I live in San Diego- near the beach with plenty of room. In addition I am a runner and would like to run with my dog.

The best way to clip their nails are using dog toe nail clippers until their atleast 5 months old!!!!!!!

You can trim their nails as soon as they start growing long enough to need trimmed. Just use a regular dog nail trimmer but you must be very careful not to trim them too short. Its better to just trim a little rather than too much.

what you do is get clippers if you have any and just clip the tip of them dont go to far because it could be very bad and you can see the vane on the nail it will be a very dark color

i had puppies before just let them grow...
