Hello, to whom it may concern. My question is concerning a anime movie that I saw on the Action Channel.The movie was about a police that was injured and was kept alive by someone or something. As he was beening restored his eye was replaced with a eletronic one that could control computers or any eletronic device and he was given a rod or staff to fight with.This staff could extend or retract to fight his enemies and it could shoot out a laser blast from it. I can't remember the movies name could anyone help me?
