Almost everything I read on here was wrong. Don't drink vinegar unless you are trying to clean out amphetamines. THC will remain in your bloodstream for at long as it is in your fat cells. The THC is stored in fat cells, but can be released into the bloodstream, where they are can be lost more quickly. However, having a lot of THC in your bloodstream the day of the test is BAD, as that is also how it gets into the urine. The best course of action is get as much THC into the bloodstream as possible up until about 2-3 days before your test. And then you want to do the opposite, and make sure everything left in there stays in the fat cells. It might be better to wait up until maybe a day and a half to a day before to stop, but in my opinion better safe than sorry. Especially if you have a low body fat content to start with. A high fiber diet will help, as one type of metabolite is reabsorbed through the intestines and will bond with some binding acids in your crap. Vitamin Lecithin is supposed to help move THC from fat cells to the bloodstream. I also remember hearing something about using Lipotrophics. Very credible sources have also claimed that taking 3-4 Aspirin an hour before the test will interfere with an EMIT test (the less accurate and cheaper test, usually done first as a screen) and cant be detected. If you feel you need to dilute your sample to have any chance in hell, eat a lot of red meat for as many days as possible before the test, 3 days being the desirable minimum. Also, at least the day before and day of, take vitamin B-2 and B-12, often found in "B complex" I've also toying with an idea involving fasting, but I'm not sure if eating and consuming fatty substances is bad or good.

I'm in diversion classes for an MIP i got. I was a daily pot smoker up untill the time that I quit. I've been taking drug tests every 2 weeks. It's been 10 weeks and I still have traces in my system, and I cant get out of the class until i'm clean. I'm 6ft 210 lbs. Aparently i'm the slowest at getting rid of this thc that my group leader has ever seen. For over the last 2 weeks, it went down from 18 pts to 12, and i havn't been smoking at all. I exercize and drink water. Be ware, pot doesn't go away quickly for all people. I just bought a gallon of cranberry juice, and i have a week befor my next test were i hope to finaly be at zero so i can leave this f...ing class! Please tell me that cranberry juice does work, cuz it was like 7 bucks.

Regarding the magic mushrooms.... Although I'm uncertain as to the extent to which the armed forces administers their drug tests, I've never heard of a drug test that checks for psilocybin (the chemical found in psychoactive mushrooms). Also, if you've done the mushrooms about a year ago, I certainly don't think the psilocybin would show up anyway (mainly because your body works to expel it much as with THC). Of course, as some others have mentioned, hair folicle testing can calculate the likelihood of a participant taking certain (not all) drugs in the past. However, I've had more friends than one who joined the armed forces after using marijuana, LSD, mushrooms, and probably a few other things as well prior to enlisting. I don't think you should worry about it too much....except for the fact that they'll ask you under oath if you've ever done it! lol
