What are the safety tips for sex workers, for incalls and outcalls.

I'm only reasonably new to this but from what I have learned I stick to the following being an in/outcall worker.
1.Take money upfront.
2.Don't give out your address until they give you out a number to call them back on and only when they reconfirm the appt at least 1/2 an hr b4.
3.When outcalling make sure someone you trust knows where you are at and for how long maybe get them to call you when the appt. is up to make sure everything went smoothly.
4.Alyways trust your instincts if it doesn't feel right don't do it.  
5.Always use a condom or a dam.  This includes  oral sex performed on a man.
6.Check client's genitals for any signs of abnormalities if something doesn't look right politely and casually show them then refuse your service and suggest they see their gp for a check up saying they are more then welcome to come back when given the all clear.
7.Call the police or scream for help if threatened violently in any way, shape or form. It never hurts to learn a martial art as well.
8.Don't let them leave any parcels or bags in the room you see them in as these may contain recording devices.
9.If possible get your client to shower at your place before the service make it sensual by letting them shower you as well.  Cleanliness will make your job a much more pleasant experience.
10. If the condom breaks the morning after pill can be purchase over the counter from a chemist and go to your doctor for an std test.  This rarely happens but it still could.
