Pregnancy can in theory be detected at earliest 4 days before your missed period. However, most women do not produce enough pregnancy hormone to be detected this early. So its usually about the time your next period is due that it becomes detectable. For example, if your last period started 20th May,in theory you should be able to detect pregnancy from 15th June. Although each woman is different so its not an exact science.

Some pregnancy tests can trace the HGH (pregnancy) hormone as early as 10 days after fertilization.
