I need excel to calculate cells when adjacent cells are empty but, I have only been successful when dealing with two cells. I.E. This formula would go into cell E1 --
if D1 is empty or 0, give the sum of C1, if D1 & C1 are empty or 0, give the sum of B1, if D1, C1 & B1 are empty, give the sum of A1,
if cells A1, B1, & C1 are greater then 0, give the sum of D1.   Any suggestions?
