If I want to display in a "ListView" a set of field values one by one I enter in text boxes in one form, how should I write a code?

Example;

I type first set of field values in relevant text boxes;

ItemCode  ABC1   Quantity  2   Date 1/2/03

I type second set of field values in relevant text boxes;

ItemCode  ABC2   Quantity  5   Date  2/3/03

I type third set of field values in relevant text boxes;

ItemCode  ABC3   Quantity  1   Date  5/7/03

Like wise several entries.

Then I should get all of them in a ListView

like below.

ItemCode     Quantity     Date

ABC1            2        1/2/03

ABC2            5        2/3/03

ABC3            1        5/7/03
