  The problem of the NN port to the Atari ST is, that you have to
  build an "active" file (NN format, not HERMES-like!!) in
  /usr/lib/news before running nnadmin -I.

  You can build this file by using the included "buildact.tos."
  Buildact.tos creates a Unix-like /usr/lib/news/active from
  /usr/lib/hermes/active.
