In GNU Emacs type "M-C-s ^S.*xx", (or C-r to search backwards), followed by ESC to end the search. To skip to new or changed questions, use "/^S.*[!+]" with most pagers and "M-C-s ^S.*[!+]" in GNU Emacs.
