(7.51) innd get a non-zero ``nice'' value?
Q. Why does innd end up with a non-zero ``nice'' value? A. Some systems (usually BSD-based) will automatically renice a process to a value of 4 if the process is not a root process and if it has a nice value of 0 and if it has accumulated more than 10 minutes of CPU time. On BSD/OS systems this can be defeated by configuring a kernel with AUTONICETIME set to 0.
