(6.29) 7-bit encoded batches are not correctly processed. Why is this?
Chris Schmidt <cs@germany.eu.net> replies: The decode program that comes with INN up to version 1.3 is broken. Because of that the last article in a 7bit encoded batch will not correctly be decoded (the last characters are screwed up). This is fixed in INN 1.4.
