Step 1:  Can you "cat" this file?

Step 2:  You can't?  Does it exist?

Step 3:  It doesn't?  That's because you have to create it yourself.
It should list every distribution your users might want to know a
description of, starting with the local one.

Step 4:  Here's a sample file to start from.  It's appropriate for
a New Jersey site:

nj	New Jersey
ny	New York
nyc	New York City
ne	North East, USA
usa	United States of America
na	North America
