patch archive on ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/inn/

A config.data file for OSF1.3a is in:
	ftp://infinite.cs.swt.edu/pub/usenet/inn/

	ftp://infinite.cs.swt.edu/pub/usenet/inn/

}

The '&' in the command line prevents innwatch from taking up an at-job
