The moderators file is used by the INN news-server program to determine 
where to send moderated posts from you site.

Almost all groups are mirrored to the moderators.isc.org alias but I
have listed the original sites as updates may be a little slow there.
Due to various problems people are having with this address I have
only kept it as an option, YMMV.

This default example has all the "original sites" commented out, you
should be aware of problems that will result for your users if one of
these sites crashes. If at all possible the moderators.isc.org alias
should be used for all hierarchies and groups that are not listed
there should forward their information to moderators-request@isc.org
