     *  Advice on treatment and prevention based on personal experience

	Repetitive Strain Injury: a handbook on prevention and recovery
	David Ruegg

     *  A simplified book on trigger points:

        Pain Erasure: The Bonnie Prudden Way.
	B. Prudden

     *  A good and cheap book on anatomy:
