-44- Why can't I 'rdist' files between Suns and SGIs?
Sun's 'rdist' expects SGI's 'rdist' to live in /usr/ucb, but it's actually in /usr/bsd. Make a symbolic link from /usr/ucb/rdist to /usr/bsd/rdist and all will be well. In IRIX 5.3 or later, you may need to use ordist(1).
