If you want to build nmh, follow the directions in the file named INSTALL. Basically, it's simply "./configure; make; make install." If you have MH on the other hand, if you carefully read the file named READ-ME in the root of the source hierarchy, you should not have any trouble building MH. If you're having troubles building MH, it could be that the problem has already been fixed, but hasn't yet gotten into an official release.
