This FAQ has been discontinued, effective Jan. 1, 2000.

    [In case you're wondering why this dumb-looking post...I've learned
    that robots pick FAQs up from the *.answers groups & leave the latest
    version on one or more Web pages, whence it's apparently impossible to
    get rid of them.  This is an attempt to trick the robots on those sites
    into replacing the last dancewear FAQ with this cancellation notice.]
