Hi all,

I really expected one side or the other to prevail but that was
not the case.

     Total Votes: 36

     To Sender: 17
     To List: 17
     Not set: 2

:) So with the overwhelming results I will be leaving the list
configuration unchanged. I wanted to see if there was indeed
real desire to have it one way or the other. What I see here
is that
        1) The majority of the list doesn't care either way.
There are many more subscribers than 36. ;)

        2) It is a personal preference and not a broken configuration.

As one unnamed person stated:

P.S. I think this is a ludicrous debate. There's not enough important
traffic on this list for either option to make a big difference.
But I feel that anyone who really wants to post to the list should
be encouraged to think it over as they enter the list address in their
reply. Those extra few seconds of contemplation tend to save everyone
else a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted reading unimportant
    replies.

This sums up a few responses. The "To List" votes contained no comments
just votes.
