Yes, it's called "CSS2". You construct a stylesheet based on a "sheet" or
media, and apply that stylesheet dynamically to your (relatively unchanged)
content. This is how many of those "click here for a printable view" pages
work.
There's also XML, but that way has been known to lead only to madness.
