I would recommend using something like:
URL: <http://www.dclj.de>, <http://de.geocities.com/uweplonus/faq>,
<ftp://rtfm.mit.edu/pub/de/comp-lang-java/faq>
so that people can tell whether the , is a part of the URL or not. While
in some cases it may be obvious, in other cases it may not be so obvious.
