As long as you're just changing the From header we won't need a resubmission,
just a message from the old maintainer giving us your email address. We'll
then contact you with the post-approval guidelines and other such exciting
information.
We only need resubmission if you're unsure of your client or server's ability
to deal with the extra headers and formatting necessary. Since you're clearly
not, this won't be needed: we'll just shout at you later if something goes
wrong :-)
