You reported to the spammer and got a response from the spammer.

Only a spammer would even possess such a list. Rule #1 is "spammers
lie". Saying they are sorry is just trying to divert you from reporting
to their provider.

I reported to abuse@libera.it and abuse@dada.it, being the responsible
parties respectively for the source of the email and the email host for
the domain superecords.com. Note that the spammer didn't send the
email through its own provider, in the hope of avoiding being cut off.
Common spammer trick.
