You don't have to notify us of a change to the Reply-To header. See the
Post-Approval Guidelines (which you should have been sent when your FAQ
was initially approved - if not they're available by anonymous FTP from
ftp://rtfm.mit.edu/pub/faqs/news-answers/postapproval-guidelines) for
more information about this.
(Incidentally, your Reply-To header shouldn't have HTML in it, as it does
in the example you've quoted above.)
