Further to this, the unusual load on rtfm.mit.edu appears to have been caused
by an endless mail loop. That loop has now been broken, and things appear to
be working as normal again.

The situation with the FAQ server is being monitored, and we're looking at
modifying the scripts so that this circumstance can't arise again.
