Eric has just written to us, and it's become apparent that he is in fact the
maintainer of the FAQ and added it to the server himself. I had thought that
the maintainer of the FAQ had gone AWOL leaving the FAQ on autopost, as can
sometimes occur.
Since he was the maintainer, all he in fact had to do was send a message to
the FAQ server with the command "SUSPEND <password> <archive-name>".
