[faq-maintainers] FAQ as wiki

hi.
I came to the decision that maintaing my FAQ wastes too much time and a lot
of people actually would contribute, if they would not be too afraid of me.
It is also translated into five languages and every single change places a lot
of burden onto the translators (and myself also).

So I've put it on a wiki, everybody can edit there, and the users dare to fix
it by themselves.
(a wiki is something like faq-o-matic but more anarchistic and has a better
infrastructure.)
Every change is logged and viewable by diff, the translators can look it up by
themselves.

I want to start working on a multilingual wiki as well. but I don't know if
the
translators would like that because th main reason to do this was to increase
hits to their pages.

Only the TOC is locked, because everybody wants to add new questions, and
nobody wants
to fix old links or wrong information. so they have to email for permission to
add.

from time to time I incoorporate those changes into the posted version.
but alalong the static versions should go away.

but it's only day 12 yet.
