Don't worry, they are just lying. Complain to the ISP as usual, most
Sysadmins just look through the Spammers false claims.

Certainly. Somebody needs to do some serious shooting on the spammer
front...
However, I have noticed that active complaining (a.k.a. "whackamole")
keeps the spam level down to a mere nuisance. If I am to lazy to dig
for adresses, and just delete the spam, the spam level starts to rise
almost instantly. Apparently there is a constant influx of new
spammers, and old ones never delete you from their list...
