This is an excellent point. FAQs aren't "digests" as that word is
usually used on the Internet, and having read RFC 1153, I also don't
think that it was intended that the "digest" format apply to FAQs.
In my opinion, it would be inappropriate to use the multipart/digest
format for most FAQs (or for mine, anyway).
