Probably. I use two news servers, one to post my FAQ
(eskinews.eskimo.com) and one for everything else
(netnews.attbi.com). The AT&T server refuses to pick up my FAQ
when I post it from the Eskimo server. I was wondering why for a
while, then I heard about some cross-posting rule they had in
effect. My FAQ is cross-posted to seven relevant newsgroups
counting *.answers.
