It was a text file with various codes like
{I[x]} Indent x spaces
{TR} Text Rule
{S} for the start of a new section
{Q} for the question
{A} for the answer
There were other codes... the small utility scanned the file and generated
the Usenet FAQ, and an HTML version.
Oh, and I should have mentioned I use Windoze... So Unix/Perl/Solaris
solutions are not that much use, sorry.
