Who is it who has these three choices, exactly? Perhaps it is *you* who
are required to fix it. Get to it!

I don't see that there's anything necessarily special about the faq
auto-poster. You don't have to use it, and anyone could set up another one
and accept submissions for auto-posting from there. I'm not sure this would
be an appropriate use of the small DGP resources but if I were at an ISP
I'd be asking for permission to set up a similar auto-poster system there.
Of course the faq author is responsible for making sure that her/his faq
is being posted from only one place (i.e. don't submit it to place 'B'
before removing it from place 'A').
