Please mail part 7 to me (at dalamb@cs.queensu.ca) as an attachment, so I can
see if there is something unusual about its formatting, such as using CR LF as
line terminator. This is pure speculation, since it appears to deal OK with
files sent by people on Windows; I've never looked at the FAQ
server code, nor have I delved far enough into Perl to see how it behaves.
