Can anyone help interpret these responses I received after sending
email to news-answers-request@MIT.EDU? Does this mean that
(temporarily?) one cannot reach news-answers-request, nor
even expect that mail will be queued and eventually read?

PS. I am writing to them because my FAQ is being rejected
by news.answers and comp.answers for reasons I cannot fathom.
