I do, but then I give permission to reproduce the FAQ, in whole or in
part, so long as authorship is duly credited.

Many sites reproduce some version of it, albeit not always the latest
version, but I figure that every bit of exposure helps. I've only
found one site so far that has used the material and dropped the
credits.
