And that's for an astronomy FAQ? Think of the additional importance in
other topics. Diabetes is still a major cause of blindness (though
enormously reduced in first world countries in recent years), so it's
important to me that my diabetes FAQ remain accessible to everyone. And
maybe someday I'll get those comments too ...

For universal access, text is still the most important format, but it's
possible to use a lot of HTML and still have it accessible. Non-visual
browsers, for example, can deal with links and with the ALT text of
images. There are extensive accessibility guidelines sat
