        And you know that your news reader *isn't* choosing to not display it
        to you in the *.answers newsgroups because you've already read it in
        the primary newsgroup?

I am ashamed to say I didn't think of this! He is correct; in fact
my FAQ is being accepted by news.answers, I just wasn't seeing it.
My apologies for the waste of bandwidth.
