[faq-maintainers] cancel-twits at work again?

Looks like some schlemiel with too much time on his hands has
been trying to forge cancels for FAQ lists again. The one
below was caught by the moderator of one of the groups mine is
crossposted to. I'm also notifying mannesmann.de and uu.net.

[Looking at it more closely, I see that it's a particularly
insipid attempt, either delayed since September or forged to
appear so, and attempting to cancel the August posting of the
targeted FAQ list.]
